Revolut Voices

BRIEF
Voices by Revolut was a brand sprint for a conceptual voice banking service tailored for the Portuguese market. Voice banking harnesses cutting-edge AI technology, enabling users to interact with banking services naturally through spoken language and voice commands.

Customers can communicate with their bank's 'voicebot' using audio messages to inquire about their account balance, locate nearby ATMs, and initiate card blocks. This approach enhances efficiency, allowing for secure banking on the go.

SOLUTION
The response needed to strike a balance between the requisite seriousness and reliability expected from a banking service, while also bringing an element of fun and playfulness to resonate with the younger demographic the product was aimed at.

I created an icon that captures the essence of the app's purpose and was designed to be familiar to those using well established services like iMessage and WhatsApp, where voice notes are exchanged.

The design encourages a dynamic interaction with imagery, allowing for creative exploration and adaptable cropping, providing a flexible foundation for expanding the brand's visual language as necessary.

The brief necessitated the provision of options both with and without prominent Revolut branding.
