Revolut Voices

Voices by Revolut was a brand sprint for a conceptual 'voice banking' service tailored to the Portuguese market. This was an experimental tech (that never really took off), allowing customers to manage everyday banking tasks through natural speech — from checking balances and locating nearby ATMs to blocking cards via audio messages.

The response needed to strike a balance between the requisite seriousness and reliability expected from a banking service, while also bringing an element of fun and playfulness to resonate with the younger demographic the product was aimed at.

I created an icon that captures the essence of the app's purpose and was designed to be familiar to those using well established services like iMessage and WhatsApp, where voice notes are exchanged.

The design encourages a dynamic interaction with imagery, allowing for creative exploration and adaptable cropping, providing a flexible foundation for expanding the brand's visual language as necessary.

The brief necessitated the provision of options both with and without prominent Revolut branding.
