eDesk, the world’s leading e-commerce help-desk, faced the challenge of an inconsistent brand identity and messaging as it navigated the rapid expansion of online retail during the pandemic.
I came on board as freelance Creative Director for six months. As campaigns were needed immediately, we didn’t have time for a full rebrand, so I focused on refining the existing brand—emphasising consistency. I developed an image treatment style that introduced more depth and playfulness across communications, created a library of assets in Midjourney and a system usable by the whole team, assisted with copywriting and campaign messaging, and worked on landing pages for their Q4 campaign.
