As the pandemic accelerated online retail, eDesk — an e-commerce helpdesk platform — saw its brand become increasingly fragmented.

I joined as Freelance Creative Director for six months at a point where campaigns couldn’t pause. Rather than attempt a full rebrand, the focus was on refinement — tightening the existing system and restoring consistency.

I introduced a more cohesive image treatment, built a scalable Midjourney asset library for the team, and supported copy, campaign messaging and Q4 landing pages — bringing a clearer, more deliberate feel to fast-moving output.
