Beatyard is a bi-annual arts festival for which we designed an iOS App, mobile site & Facebook App.
We also developed concepts such as ‘Beck’s Beatyard Countdown’ which allowed participants to claim a free beer (from the event sponsor) if they made it to the venues within a specific time frame, helping solve a problem many of the previous events suffered from – people not arriving till quite late in the night.

In 2014 I worked with designer Alan Kennington on concepts for The Beatyard Festival's digital suite. It was my first experience of designing mobile content.
I based the design on the content & services available – acts, biographies, tickets & venues. Et harum quidem rerum facilis est et expedita distinctio By the very nature of digital content it already feels of it's time, but the experience of taking content available and tailoring design to this in a short timeframe was ultimately very rewarding. A successful project.
